Google Trends show that Kentuckians are 20-30% more interested in KFC than us.
We needed a way to connect Burger King to their culture in a way no Kentuckian would ignore.
We looked into it and we found the reason why.

On April 1st, 2020, we’ll release the Bucket King statewide and finally challenge the presence of KFC.
Big ideas need a big place to live, so we used key superboard locations entering Louisville, Kentucky, the home of Kentucky HQ.
Burger King’s all around Louisville, Kentucky will be rebranded to let KFC HQ know that the Bucket King is here.
The bucket has always had a Colonel,
but now it has a King.
